Nabucco is renewed in the heart of Brera under the guidance of Milano Restaurant Group and entrusts the kitchen to the expertise of Enzo Nappi. The new direction celebrates Milanese tradition with saffron risotto (including risotto al salto), mondeghili, and cotoletta, alongside Mediterranean influences such as brandacujun, stuffed zucchini flowers, and calamarata di mare. Among the most successful dishes are the arancino with ossobuco, the mixed fried platter in tempura, and the eggplant with provola and salmon.
