Nabucco restaurant reopens in Milan with its chef from 20 years ago

Nabucco reopens in the heart of Brera under new management and with the return of its long-time chef, Enzo Nappi.

Founded in 1970 and tied to Milan’s operatic tradition, the restaurant is back in the spotlight thanks to MRG – Milano Restaurant Group, featuring a restyling that highlights its vintage soul and references to La Scala.

In the kitchen, the menu starts with Milanese and Lombard tradition—ossobuco with saffron risotto, veal Milanese, crispy ‘riso al salto’—while opening up to Mediterranean flavors with elegance and balance.

An authentic city spot, far from tourist traps, where Milanese cuisine takes center stage once again.
