Nabucco has been revitalized in the heart of Brera under the guidance of the Milano Restaurant Group and has entrusted its kitchen to the expertise of Enzo Nappi. The new menu celebrates Milanese cuisine with yellow risotto (including sautéed risotto), mondeghili, and cotoletta, alongside Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as brandacujun, stuffed zucchini flowers, and seafood calamarata. Among the standout dishes are the ossobuco rice ball, the mixed tempura, and the eggplant with provola cheese and salmon.
